LUX-אור Jerusalem

The Jerusalem Vocal Consort invites you to an a cappella performance of hymns, old and new, that seek to bring light and hope. The concert melds ancient Gregorian chants with interpretations from the Renaissance and the 20th century, weaving the past with the present, what is far with what is near. This musical journey through the centuries creates a sense of timelessness and placelessness, allowing the audience to fully immerse themselves in the universal experience of human vocal music. The concert is built as one composition, a tapestry of hymns about light, life, and peace.
